Shipping policy

We are committed to providing you with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. To ensure transparency and clarity regarding our shipping process, please review our shipping policy below:

 

1. Order confirmation

Once you place an order successfully, a Confirmation email will be automatically sent to the email address you provided within 6 hours mentioning your order details.

In case you do not receive the confirmation email after that time, please contact us via contact@binozion.com for further support. 

 

2. Tracking information

To keep you informed about the status of your order, we provide order tracking information whenever applicable.

When your order is shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link to the logistics carrier's website where you can track it. The tracking number will be activated within 5-7 working days. 

Your order will mainly be handled by our shipping agency including USPS, Canada Post, Uniuni... and we will choose the shipping carrier based on the address you provided to ensure the shipping time.

3. Product origin

Bonizus works very closely with top global merchants from all over the world to find the source of materials and provide the most unique products on the market at the best prices for you.

Our warehouses are located around the world, exclusively in Southeast Asia: Singapore, Vietnam, India, China, etc. 

As a one-stop-shop destination for the best products, we cooperate with a variety of carriers in Europe, Asia, and North America such as: USPS, Canada Post and some of the other partners.

 

4. Shipping time

It will take 3-5 working days for stocking, and packing. The arrival date will vary depending on destinations. We can only suggest the estimated time of arrival:

- United States: 7-20 working days

- Rest of World: 7-30 working days

Please be aware that these timeframes are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as holidays, natural disasters, customs, pandemics, etc., These circumstances may cause shipping delays. We will send you an email if we get any notification from the carrier.

 

5. Change shipping address

As soon as you find that your shipping address is wrong, please contact us immediately via email contact@binozion.com so that we can take instant action.

Please notice that we can only change your order information within 12 hours after the order was placed,

If your order is being processed or has already been shipped, we cannot change the address. We are not responsible for delays or misdelivery resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information. The only thing we can do is to provide you with the carrier’s contact so that you can change the shipping address by yourself.

 

To reduce the shipping cost as much as possible, we use the one-way shipping service so if the package is returned to the sender, even if the tracking update shows the “delivered to original sender” it does not mean the package was returned to our warehouse address but our shipping agency storage. 

Therefore, please be informed that we are unable to refund the order if:

– The package failed to be delivered after several attempts by the shipper. 

– You refuse the package. 

– The package failed to be delivered because of any problem relating to the shipping address you provided.

– You state that you have not received the package but the tracking update shows that the package was successfully delivered or shows the “delivered” status.
